Occupancy-Based Rate Adjustment:
The system automatically adjusts suggested rates based on your hotel's occupancy level:
You can set occupancy levels globally or for individual dates and room categories.
Daily Occupancy Overrides:
You can set occupancy values for specific dates. These daily overrides take priority over the global occupancy setting when predictions are generated, allowing for more accurate rate suggestions on dates where you already know the expected occupancy.

You can fine-tune how the prediction engine calculates suggested rates by adjusting three weights:
Automated Daily Predictions:
Predictions are also run automatically every day at 2:00 AM for all hotels. The automated run generates base predictions and room category recommendations, so you don't need to press "Run Prediction" manually each day.

Our pricing algorithm combines several factors:
The system filters competitor rates to ensure only comparable offers (standard rooms, refundable rates) are included in the analysis.
Competitor data is collected daily from Booking.com through our automated data collection pipeline. The system collects rates from your mapped competitors for the next 30 days. Predictions and room category recommendations are also regenerated automatically every day at 2:00 AM.
The occupancy-based rate adjustment automatically modifies suggested rates based on your current occupancy level:
You can set occupancy levels globally for all dates, or individually for specific dates and room categories. This feature helps you balance between maximizing occupancy and maximizing revenue based on current demand.
